"I originally started with an insurance company because that’s who my parents had. When I moved out, bought my first home, and got my own car, I stayed with the same agent and team out of loyalty. After years of being a loyal customer with no claims, my rates continued to increase year after year with no clear explanation. In 2013, I received a mailer from State Farm and decided to give them a call. From that very first conversation, I was impressed by their honesty, clear communication, and competitive rates. Making the switch was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Over the years, I’ve moved all of my insurance to Courtney and her team — including auto insurance for three vehicles, my home insurance, and small business coverage. My parents were so impressed by the level of service and pricing that they also switched everything over to Courtney. My parents are old-school and like to go into the office and work with someone face-to-face, while I tend to prefer the convenience of email and phone communication.
